been more or less 20 years since he was born as the Gymnastic Life, and in recent years, thousands and thousands of people have gone there, have fun and have at least some memory about our activities and who more or less time we worked in, putting their knowledge to serving a clientele that we have always defined and define "friends" .. it's nice to meet people on the street who may not attend for years, but still stops you to exchange two words or even just a greeting ..
Over the years we changed three locations, but we always stayed in that Giaveno, the city that has seen the birth and year after year has seen a succession of our Christmases.
We have always changed to improve.
2 ½ years ago 'with the arrival at the indoor stadium we made the leap that so much wanted, closing a real chapter of our history and revived.
All the machinery of the fitness room, all bikes, saunas, changing rooms ... well really everything has been changed and renewed according to modern standards.
other year we began a restructuring of staff and management itself.
We have launched an intensive scouting activities that allowed us to have with us some of the best instructors of the landscape that surrounds us, and we are sure that people who have tried at least once to attend can not certainly deny this claim. We
